IMAGE PARAMETERS, WEB TEXT, and OTHER SUBMISSIONS

Thumbnail images appear on the WiCP Home Page and Members Page.
You are most encouraged to submit a different image for each page.
Please think about the final size of this image when selecting from your awesome photos!

Thumbnail Image Preparation:

Create a square image in RGB mode.

Save at 72 pixels by 72 pixels, at 72 dpi resolution, in .gif format only.
Title your file using your name and date, as follows:
O’KeeffeG_ThumbH2-10.gif for Home page and O’KeeffeG_ThumbM2-10.gif for Members page.
Note: The 2-10 part of the file name represents the month & year of the image submission,
and is for my tracking purposes only.

Please do NOT add text to the thumbnail, it will be too small to be legible and will only clutter your image.

Slideshow Image Preparation

Use RGB mode to create your image.

Resize images to a maximum size of no larger than 350 pixels high or 500 pixels wide.
A file that is exactly 350h x 500w is the most optimum use of your space, whether it be a single image or a collage.

Save at 72 dpi resolution, in .jpg format only.
Please title your file using your name and date, as follows: O’KeeffeG_Slide2-10.jpg
Note: The 2-10 part of the file name represents the month & year of the image submission,
and is for my tracking purposes only.

You may add your name and/or business name to the slideshow image.
Please do not add any other text. The images are not on long enough during the slide show
for retrival of other contact info, and will only clutter your image.
The slideshow photograph is hyperlinked to your website.

You are welcome to submit new slideshow images at any time.

For $10, Deborah will add your name or business name to your slideshow photograph. The image should already be in the format described above when submitted. If you have a specific font request, send that information to Deborah.

For the same fee, Deborah can insert a pre-made logo on your slideshow photograph. Save the logo artwork on a transparent background as a .jpg file.

Ask for quotes when files submitted are not within above requirements.
